What we collect

When you create an account or take an assessment, we collect:

• Your name and email address
• Your quiz answers and assessment responses
• Your generated profile results and WORK Score data
• Any optional free-text commitments you choose to save

Why we collect it

We use this data to generate and save your Work Score Profile, let you revisit your results, and improve your experience on the platform. We do not sell your data or use it for anything outside of running Designedly WORK.

Where your data is stored

Your data is stored securely in Supabase, a managed database service with enterprise-grade encryption and access controls.

Email and marketing

If you opt in or submit your email through a connected form, we may use Kit as our email processor to send you updates, follow-ups or marketing messages. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely at any time. Just email us and we will handle it within 30 days.

Retention

We keep your data while you have an active account, or until you ask us to remove it. If you delete your account, we will erase your profile, results and commitments permanently.

Analytics

We may add analytics in the future to help us understand how people use the platform. If we do, we will update this notice and add a cookie banner so you can choose whether to participate.
